报告摘要：
In this talk, we investigate discrete spectrum of probability measures for actions of locally compact groups. We establish that a probability measure has discrete spectrum if and only if it has bounded mean complexity with respect to probability measures.
As applications:
1) For a locally compact $\sigma$-compact amenable group action, an invariant measure has discrete spectrum if and only if it has bounded mean complexity with respect to measures given by Følner sequences;
2) For a locally compact $\sigma$-compact amenable group action, an invariant measure has discrete spectrum if and only if it is mean equicontinuous along a tempered Følner sequence, or equivalently, equicontinuous in the mean along a tempered Følner sequence.
